Indian Summer & Film Festival

Indisches Filmfestival 2018

Indisches Filmfestival 2018

The Indian Film Festival Stuttgart is Europe’s largest Indian film festival.

Since 2004, it is annually held for five days in July by the Filmbüro Baden-Württemberg.

Held as a partner event by the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of India for Baden-Wuerttemberg and Rheinland-Pfalz, the Indian Summer presents a diverse programme with events about India.

The Indian Summer is a platform to exchange ideas and strengthen the intercultural communication.

The Indian Honorary Consulate presents, amongst others, a vernissage as an opening event of the Indian Summer and the Indian Film Festival Stuttgart. Moderated talks, cultural and culinary highlights enriche the event and serve as a platform for multilateral topics and a cultural dialogue.
