Indian Summer 2020

This year the Indian Summer will take place again in Stuttgart. We cordially invite all those interested in India to use the various offers and to try out the new online formats.

The Indian Film Festival will take place from 15th to 19th July 2020. Film productions from different regions of India will be shown. The Indian Film Festival Stuttgart reflects the growing internationalisation of Indian films as well as the interest in Indian culture in Germany. Due to Covid-19 the film festival will take place online this year. You can find more information here.

The Theater am Faden in Stuttgart will present classical Indian music this summer. On 18th & 19th July 2020 there will be a concert with North Indian music. On 25 & 26 July South Indian music performances are organized. The program and information regarding the registration can be found here.

The CreativeDays Stuttgart is an international symposium with events on design, art, architecture and urban planning. The host country is India. On 14th July a virtual insight by Rupali Gupte from Mumbai will take place. Due to the Corona crisis a part of the event will be postponed until October. You can find more information here.

The city of Karlsruhe is organizing a digital version of the India Summer Days. The program is available here.

The exhibition Indian Encounters and the German-Indian Round Table in July 2020 will not take place this year.
